Job Title: Agile Team Coach

About the Role:

The IRIS Consulting Corporation is seeking an experienced Agile Team Coach to lead and coach our organization in its Scrum adoption. As a key member of our team, you will plan Scrum implementations within the organization and help employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption
  • Plan Scrum implementations within the organization
  • Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
  • Recommend change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team
  • Ensure the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value
  • Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
  • Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum Master role
  • Experience with multiple squads and deliveries for various projects

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
