Position: Program Administrator

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt role aimed at overseeing multiple SWRO Residential Programs.

Key Responsibilities

The Program Administrator is responsible for fostering a corporate culture that emphasizes Person Centered Planning. This role advocates for individuals with disabilities, both within the organization and in the broader community. The administrator will:

  • Provide guidance and support to mid-level managers and clinical staff.
  • Lead initiatives that align with the agency's mission and objectives.
  • Assume oversight responsibilities in the absence of the Director, ensuring positive outcomes for the assigned region.
  • Implement and monitor personnel, clinical, financial, and administrative protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of the region's strategic plan, focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Encourage culturally competent, recovery-oriented practices and collaborative decision-making.
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • A minimum of four years in a supervisory or management role within the mental health sector or similar management experience.
  • Experience collaborating with clinical personnel and understanding various professional scopes of practice.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Flexibility in scheduling.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with County Community Mental Health Systems and local resources.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and work collaboratively in a professional environment.
  • Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in developing policies and procedures.
  • Capability to work autonomously while exercising sound judgment.
Requirements
  • Completion of personnel hiring prerequisites upon acceptance of the job offer.
  • Provision of three professional references.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
