Job Title: Leasing Consultant

At FPI Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with residents and potential residents to showcase our properties and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property tours and provide accurate information about each apartment home
  • Process rental applications and secure lease agreements from qualified individuals
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs
  • Maintain occupancy levels and exhibit professional leasing techniques
  • Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the apartment community
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
  • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Google Apps
