Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, promoting our community, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct tours and show apartments to prospective residents, highlighting the community's amenities and features.
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process rental applications, secure lease agreements, and assist with lease renewals.
- Collaborate with the community team to achieve occupancy goals and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
