Job Summary

Diagnostic Laboratory Services, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Primary Care team in Kapolei. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, developing and implementing care plans, and working closely with our care team to ensure seamless patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prescription of medications.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret tests, and perform procedures as needed.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Current Hawaii State license as an APRN or Physician Assistant.
  • Board certification in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP).
  • Prescriptive authority for medications.
  • Credentialing, privileging, and current BLS certification.
  • Two (2) years of nursing experience or completion of an APRN Fellowship Program.
Working Conditions
