Your Role

As a Mortgage Loan Originator at DAS Acquisition Company LLC, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their financial journeys. Your expertise will guide them in making informed decisions that align with their homeownership goals. Our team consists of seasoned mortgage professionals who are committed to staying ahead of industry developments, ensuring a smooth and rewarding financing experience for our clients.

Expectations
  • Deliver exceptional service to every client
  • Engage in marketing and soliciting residential loan opportunities, following company and regulatory guidelines
  • Educate clients on the home-buying or refinancing processes and effective mortgage management
  • Develop and grow your business with the support of our experienced team
Requirements
  • A 2 to 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in the industry is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
  • Familiarity with mortgage software systems
  • Basic computer skills are essential
  • Knowledge of various residential mortgage products
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and competitiveness
  • Must possess an MLO approved license in NMLS
Compensation Package

• Starting at State Minimum Hourly - $12 (Recoverable)

• Earn commissions based on individual performance
