Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- One year of experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
