Job Description

This Inventory Management Specialist position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory control processes within our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy and minimize losses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective inventory management strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track inventory levels and trends
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to inventory management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
