Quantitative Analyst

We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team at VDart. As a senior member of our analytics team, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development of complex data models, algorithms, and predictive models using machine learning techniques
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic recommendations for data-driven decision making
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics)
- At least 4 years of experience in data science or a related field (research or consulting experience is a plus)
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with expertise in machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- A competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year
