Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Hospice After Hours RN** to provide exceptional care and support to patients in need. This full-time role is designed for compassionate professionals who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals facing end-of-life challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Deliver compassionate support to patients and their families in the designated service areas.
  • Recognize and celebrate significant achievements within the first year of service.
Schedule and Shift Details

This position requires working **seven consecutive evenings** from **5 PM to 8 AM**, with the possibility of making visits as needed. Following this schedule, there will be **seven consecutive days off**.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher in nursing.
  • A minimum of **two years** of experience in hospice care.
  • At least **one year** of experience with any of the following:
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
    • Other EMR systems
    • TruChart EHR
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Prior communication with a Relode Recruiter regarding this role.
  • Willingness to travel as required for the position.
  • No prior applications or employment with Residential in the last six months.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Submission of RN License number is required for application processing.
