Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Island Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and being a point of reference for our guests and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
  • Prepare necessary reports during each shift for the management team
Requirements
  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
  • Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
