Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel and act as a thought leader and business partner to our corporate groups and consultants.
  • Ensure that our business operations are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, review, revise, and negotiate agreements and other documents related to client engagements.
  • Research complex legal issues impacting client engagements and general business obligations.
  • Assist with the collection of delinquent accounts and manage outside counsel as needed.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of directly related experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm.
  • Strong drafting skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Juris Doctorate and admission to State Bar are required.
  • Prior litigation experience in a mid-sized to large established law firm, including in the healthcare or data privacy field, is a plus.
