- Document patient information and results accurately and efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- MA-AAMA or MA-AMT or MA-NCCT or MA-NHA certification required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
