At Soliant, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist/Assistant to join our team in a school setting.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Speech Language Pathologist/Assistant, you will work with students in a K-12th grade setting to provide speech therapy services. You will assess student needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student success.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess student communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech therapy services to students in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning and progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed
This is a full-time position with benefits, including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching.
We are looking for a candidate with a current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure, a Speech Language Pathology degree or equivalent, and previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
