We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware.
About the Role
This contract position involves working closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students' academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
- Active Delaware Speech Language Pathologist License.
