About the Role

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Professor to join our team of dedicated educators. As an Adjunct Professor, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instruction between 3 and 14 contact hours per week, delivering high-quality educational experiences to our students.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of teaching discipline/field of study, ensuring that your expertise is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Participate in curriculum monitoring and development processes, contributing to the creation of engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Attend required College functions, including staff meetings, in-service training, graduation, and special activities, demonstrating your commitment to the College community.
  • Utilize active learning (facilitation), authentic assessment, and portfolio assignments to support the teaching and learning outcomes of the College.
  • Adhere to and uphold all established operational policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient learning environment.
Requirements
  • Faculty possessing an earned master's degree in biology, anatomy, physiology, zoology, OT, PT, DC, respiratory therapists, speech language pathologists, nursing, or a doctorate in medicine (M.D.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
