Overnight Cleaner

The Overnight Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facility, ensuring a positive experience for our members. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Assist Members: Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the club for safety and security, reporting any issues or concerns to the Club Manager.
- Stocking and Supplies: Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
- Lost and Found: Follow the Lost and Found Policy, turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager immediately.
- Cleaning and Customer Service Background: A cleaning or customer service background is preferred, but not required.
- Physical Demands: The ability to stand and walk for long periods, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education and Age: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the candidate must be at least 18 years old.
