As a Ground Ramp Agent at Airport Terminal Services, you will be responsible for guiding inbound and outbound airplanes to and from the gate, transporting, loading, and unloading passenger baggage, cargo, and mail. You will also clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies. Additionally, you will operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
