Job Summary
CBRE is seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for providing preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

About the Role:
As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility. You will review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair, and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools. You will also implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair.
• Maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver's license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Compensation:
The minimum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $30.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Engineer position is $34.28 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
