Technical Requirements:
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in the areas of electronics and mechanical assembly. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience and proficiency with cable assembly tooling. Experience working with electro-mechanical devices used in the medical field is also essential. In addition, the candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Demands:
The employee will frequently sit, stand, and walk. They must possess sight/hearing senses to adequately perform the functions of the job. The employee may be required to occasionally lift 50 pounds. Must be able to manage and handle stressful and/or demanding situations.

Working Relationship/Environment Exposure:
The employee will maintain relationships and open communication with all levels of employees and management. Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment with minimal exposure to extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes, and gases.
