Responsibilities- Consult with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment
- Recommend and order tests to determine the extent of illness or help diagnose conditions
- Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and medication toxicities
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury
- Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with patients
- Refer patients to medical specialists when necessary
- Represent the practice at Hospital committees in a manner that distributes the burden of attending meetings reasonably among all physicians in the group
- Collaborate and manage Advanced Practice Providers
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
- Proven experience in a primary care setting
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Annual Compensation Range: $320,000 - $418,000
- Sign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidates
- A positive work-life balance
- Collaborative and energized clinical teams
- Independent Contractor/1099
