About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Rochester Regional Health. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with mental illness or those struggling with substance abuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, counseling, and clinical interventions to a designated caseload
  • Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, and participate in the coordination and delivery of patient care
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external care providers to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner
Requirements
  • Two to five years of mental health experience required
  • Masters Degree or PhD in Human Services field required
  • LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or permit holder in one of these professions required
