Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with extensive experience in patient care, particularly in a family medicine setting. The LPN will provide both direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families in routine situations, under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed provider.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and registered nurses in delivering comfort, care, and treatment to patients.
- Support diagnostic procedures and document patient conditions and progress.
- In complex situations requiring urgent care, work under the direct supervision of an RN or licensed provider.
- Conduct daily inventory of medical supplies and maintain treatment rooms according to infection control policies.
- Record patient vital signs and measurements in the electronic medical record.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.

Licensure/Certification:
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Georgia.
- Current BLS certification required.

Physical Requirements:
