Research Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Nursing Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the ICU nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and develop effective care plans.
- Manage resources and budget to ensure efficient use of staff and supplies.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure and Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses or Trauma Nursing Core Course certification required within 30 days of employment.
