About the Job

Vidant Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill this full-time position at our medical center.

The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive nursing services to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care, following established policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating input from interdisciplinary teams.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing effective interventions.
  4. Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
