Job Description

As a Registered Nurse II Pool, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing individualized, compassionate care to patients
  • Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and tailoring care plans
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed
  • Serving as a resource for fellow staff members, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
  • CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred)
