At TruFood Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the packer/palletizer lifecycle, designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and providing exceptional employee relations support.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the packer/palletizer lifecycle, including designing and coordinating hiring and retention programs
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels through temp-to-hire and direct hire initiatives
  • Sourcing candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and offsite career fairs
  • Identifying and partnering with local organizations to create a talent pipeline
  • Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, making offers of employment, and onboarding new employees

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, as well as experience with lifecycle recruiting and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
