This full-time position involves overseeing various activities throughout the dealership, taking initiative, and maintaining professionalism while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the corporate office with daily, monthly, and year-end operations of the dealership accounting office.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements according to dealership guidelines and manufacturer's format.
  • Reconcile and manage payments on select accounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of manufacturer's accounts on warranty claims, rebates, incentives, protection, and advertising.
  • Prepare semi-monthly payroll and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Compile information and prepare reports as requested by management and/or dealer principals.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines with effective time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with proactive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with financial reporting and accounting.
