We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tyre Centre Manager to lead our team at HiQ Tyres & Autocare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the day-to-day operations of our centre.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of technicians, fitters, mechanics, and MOT testers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase efficiency.
- Manage the administration of the centre, including stock control, cash handling, and quality control procedures.
- Reinforce company policies and health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Set objectives for the team and manage their performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
