Resilient Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Austin, TX.

About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and improve their quality of life. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based care and proven interventions to help patients function optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Provide cost-effective treatments that enhance patients' mobility and reduce the need for medications or surgery
  • Evaluate patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
  • Document patient care services and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a licensed physical therapist with a graduate degree or greater
  • Current knowledge of treatment practices and ability to manage patients with different personalities
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and professional behavior
  • Valid and current Texas PT license and BLS/CPR certification

Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
