We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician Assistant, you will work with underserved populations and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You will provide individual therapy both in person and virtually, as well as family, group, and couple's therapy if desired.

You will have the opportunity to grow a practice where you get to decide the best therapeutic modalities for your patient and work with them on achieving their therapeutic goals in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, group, and couple's therapy
  • Develop virtual panels of patients for remote work opportunities
  • Collaborate with other therapists and psychiatric practitioners
  • Work in a behavioral health clinic or primary care setting

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Board certification as a Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician Assistant
  • Experience working with underserved populations
  • Ability to develop virtual panels of patients

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive salaries and a generous benefits package. This includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 403(b) benefits. Employees also start with 15 days of vacation per year, which increases in increments with tenure.

We provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year. Additionally, we offer an annual stipend and 3 paid days off for continuing education.

We reimburse providers' professional licensing fees and annual membership dues to their professional organization once established.
