Job Title: Clinical Team Lead Princeton House

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Princeton House. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of clinical services, providing senior-level clinical expertise, and leading a team of mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level clinical expertise in treatment planning and patient care for assigned programs.
  • Assist staff in managing clinical crises and transfers to inpatient units.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to develop and implement clinical services using evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in staff trainings and development, and motivate the clinical team to utilize evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor program resources and develop staff and group schedules, assign staff according to need.
  • Model good working team relationships and communication, demonstrating Caring Customer Service behaviors for internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • CADC or LCSW or LPC or PS (Required)
  • Master of Arts or Science (Required)
  • Three years experience in a mental health field and treatment of the program's patient population, demonstrating potential to assume leadership role.
