Job Title: Throwing Coach

At Stumpy's Hatchet House Princeton, we're seeking a charismatic and safety-conscious Throwing Coach to lead our guests in the art of axe throwing. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Train guests in the rules and regulations of axe throwing
  • Ensure a positive and enthusiastic experience for all guests
  • Monitor throwers to guarantee the safety of all guests
  • Assist guests with requests and needs
  • Replace target boards as needed
  • Sweep pit areas between throwing sessions
  • Keep tables clean of excess garbage
  • Empty garbage regularly and at the end of the shift
  • Clean and sanitize tables at the end of the shift
Requirements:
  • Ability to provide a welcoming and fun environment for customers
  • Excellent communication skills with both customers and fellow employees
  • Attention to detail and safety
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams
