KBR is looking for a Senior Systems Engineering Analyst to support an Intelligence Community Space initiative. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams, including Architecture, Requirements, Analysis, and Digital Engineering, to facilitate comprehensive Enterprise Systems Engineering for Space systems across diverse domains. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Customer's Request for Change (RFC) and Requirements Configuration Management (CM) processes, ensuring a clear understanding and implementation of the enterprise capability architecture and requirements baseline management.
  • Identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities (RIO) within projects, formulating effective mitigation strategies, and working closely with partner stakeholders for joint RIO management.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing enterprise-level testing, crafting detailed test strategies, plans, scenarios, and transition plans, while ensuring meticulous documentation, requirements tracing, and review of all testing activities.
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules using MS Project, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure schedules are current and aligned with project objectives.
  • Leveraging expertise in SIGINT and GEOINT capabilities, requirements, systems, architectures, and mission objectives, while applying systems engineering skills in requirements gathering, architectural design, digital engineering, modeling, analysis, and testing.

Security Clearance: Top Secret - SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in government Space system acquisitions within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholder organizations.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and representatives across various system engineering groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience in Systems Engineering with Model-Based Engineering applications and technologies.
  • OMG-Certified Systems Modeling Professional certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Project; familiarity with Jira is advantageous.
  • Experience with National Reconnaissance Office RFC, CM, and RIO management.
