Job Summary
Ray County Memorial Hospital seeks a skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team on a PRN basis. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking for flexible scheduling with the potential for varied shifts, including evenings and nights.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist who can administer respiratory treatments and tests as ordered by physicians, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cleaning and performing preventative maintenance on associated respiratory therapy equipment. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients in need.

Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments and tests as ordered by physicians
- Clean and perform preventative maintenance on associated respiratory therapy equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduation from an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program
- Registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Current BCLS certification
- Licensure by the State of Missouri as a respiratory care practitioner
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
