We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team at UofL Health- Frazier Rehabilitation Hospital - Brownsboro. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify rehabilitation needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based rehabilitation programs
- Provide input on budgetary planning and contribute to the cost-effectiveness of services and programs
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
