Multifamily Portfolio Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join our growing residential team. This key leadership role involves providing a seamless experience for our clients and residents by managing a diverse portfolio of mid-size conventional properties (50+ unit communities).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth, occupancy goals, and client asset performance expectations through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead and mentor an inclusive, diverse, and talented team to provide exceptional service and support to all communities, residents, and team members.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and excellence.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and navigate complex situations.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of full-time multi-family portfolio management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Subject matter expertise in Landlord/Tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and state and federal labor laws and safety protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
