Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to support students in a school environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students based on their unique needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve students' motor skills, coordination, and classroom participation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support students' academic and functional goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights to ensure students receive appropriate services.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress for each student.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • California Occupational Therapy license.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
