The Administrative Receptionist Expert will provide exceptional support to the staff and clients at Elevated HR Consulting LLC. With a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, this role is perfect for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Receptionist Expert will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ordering supplies. This role also involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to phone calls and messages, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the staff and clients, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ordering supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to phone calls and messages, and maintaining accurate records.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate client and prospect data in software systems.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports and generate summary sheets for supervisors or auditors.
- Communication: Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience required.
- Skills: Basic understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures, excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and knowledge of spreadsheets and accounting software.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Work Environment: This is an onsite position, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
