This is an exciting opportunity for a talented attorney with 2-5 years of experience in employment litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a range of employment litigation matters, including wage and hour litigation, discrimination, harassment, non-compete/trade secrets, and wrongful termination suits.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling employment litigation matters, including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, depositions, and substantive motion practice.
  • Providing employment advisory matters, including the construction of employment policies and manuals and wage and hour counseling.
  • Managing multiple priorities, consistently demonstrating attention to detail, and assuming a high degree of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience at a law firm (ideally an AM200 firm).
