At Messner Reeves LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal Specialist to assist our attorneys in all stages of litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, performing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Staying up-to-date on federal and state court procedure and filing requirements, including E-Filing in federal court.
  • Providing research support, pre-trial preparation, and trial assistance.
  • Coordinating scheduling and calendaring for attorney meetings, court deadlines, and depositions.
  • Demonstrating a strong work ethic and consistent schedule.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Must be located in California.
