Job Summary

The Learning and Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Region's Learning and Development initiatives. This individual will work closely with the L&D Manager and subject matter experts to drive business results through effective training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support logistics for Regional training events, including peer group sessions and training programs.
  • Oversee administrative program tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepare and maintain Learning and Development files, including program evaluations and attendance records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program queries and communicate with the L&D Manager as necessary.
  • Manage training email account and calendar, routing requests to the appropriate point of contact.
  • Track, update, and log training and competency data into SuccessFactors.
  • Generate monthly reports for stakeholders and L&D Leadership.
  • Interact with employees at all levels to provide guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with coordinators on the Learning Calendar and Inbox to ensure alignment and coverage.
  • Manage LMS for session creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide technology administrative and customer service support as needed.
  • Liaise with multiple learning partners, including managers, L&D Team, and training vendors.
  • Support Learning and Development Team by maintaining learning budget and organizing invoices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Education related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize and organize activities.
  • Independently motivated with proven ability to follow through on initiatives.
  • Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally.
  • Understanding of program evaluation metrics and ability to make basic decisions to achieve or exceed metric goals.
  • Technical aptitude or experience to work with an LMS, online development tools, and key Microsoft Office tools.

For California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $56,000-$85,000, depending on location. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
