Position Responsibilities

The RN Manager will primarily operate from our Long Beach clinic on Thursdays and alternate Wednesdays from our Redondo Beach clinic.

As a key player in AHF, the RN Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients while enhancing the overall health of individuals and communities. Your role is diverse, requiring a blend of clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a dedication to improving patient outcomes and the work environment for your nursing team. Your efforts are crucial in shaping the quality of healthcare delivery and nurturing a positive workplace culture.

The RN Manager will uphold AHF's reputation by demonstrating effective leadership and supervision, collaborating as a strategic partner, and advocating for patients while developing staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
