Position Overview

This role is centered around the development and optimization of extruded polymer products, encompassing both monolayer and multilayer configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical advisor in the field of extrusion technology for various products and processes.
  • Lead initiatives in Product Design and Development.
  • Possess practical experience with the extrusion process.
  • Identify and propose design solutions to achieve engineering, manufacturing, and financial objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation in compliance with APQP and QMS standards.
  • Communicate design, material specifications, and requirements effectively.
  • Initiate and promote continuous improvement strategies.
  • Engage with clients directly throughout the Product Development and Design process.

Qualifications
  • Experience in working with extruded polymer products, both monolayer and multilayer.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including recent graduates with relevant internships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
