Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Benefits Specialist to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of group health insurance clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their benefits needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive and personalized support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage benefit renewals, including negotiating with carriers to secure the best rates and terms for clients.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review their benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee benefits, including group health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client service issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of related insurance experience.
  • Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
