Job SummaryWe are seeking qualified Respiratory Therapists (RRT / CRT / RN) to join our team as Ventilator and Oxygen Equipment Technicians. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting highly technical respiratory equipment, including ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and sleep apnea therapy machines. You will work closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot highly technical respiratory equipment
- Provide education to patients on the proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine equipment needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Licensure in primary state of home office as required by state law
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities
