Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a PTA, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured assessments and treatments based on established plans of care
  • Monitor patient progress and make recommendations for treatment adjustments
  • Document patient information and communicate with healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Physical Therapy Assistant Program
  • Current licensure in the state of employment
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills
Compensation

Competitive salary range: $33.09 per hour

Additional compensation for evening, night, and weekend shifts
