Healthcare Technology Management Supervisor

Job Summary:
UW Health is seeking a skilled Healthcare Technology Management Supervisor to oversee the technical staff of the HTM Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biomedical engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a biomedical technician in a healthcare setting, including 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to the technical staff of the HTM Department.
- Plan, direct, and assign work to biomedical technicians.
- Verify staff document properly in the Medical Equipment Database to comply with TJC requirements.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science in HTM, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or completion of DOD Biomedical Technician training required.
- Bachelor's Degree of Applied Science in HTM/Biomedical Engineering preferred.
- 7 years of previous experience as a biomedical technician in a healthcare setting, including 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
- 10 years of previous experience as a biomedical technician in a healthcare setting preferred.
