Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to manage cases across various locations. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid or fully remote work, allowing the seasoned SLP-CCC to provide services in a distinctive virtual educational environment while integrating into our patient-focused practice that values collaboration among skilled clinicians.

Work Structure:

This position is currently available on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time depending on individual circumstances and professional aspirations. You will be responsible for overseeing documentation and compliance tasks, serving as the primary liaison for client-related activities, including approving hours, managing billing, and participating in relevant virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans, objectives, and treatments for speech and language disorders.
  • Conduct evaluations and utilize standardized assessments for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders as necessary.
  • Review clinical SOAP notes for accuracy and completeness.
  • Draft IEP goals and progress reports.
  • Participate in Virtual IEP meetings.
  • Ensure precise data entry into SEIS.
  • Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as required.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Effectively manage and oversee the speech caseload.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • California-licensed SLP-CCC.
  • At least 1 year of experience with data entry in SEIS.
  • Strong ability to establish rapport with patients and clinical staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding time management, commitment, and organizational abilities.
