We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Design Project Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex design and construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, prepare fee proposals, and manage project execution strategies.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Citizenship: US Citizenship Required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer License: Professional Engineer License in Hawaii.
  • Leadership Experience: Leadership experience, including managing client expectations, multi-disciplinary teams, and meeting scope/schedule/budget.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and code requirements.
  • Business Acumen: Experience managing concurrent projects in various stages of development and managing multiple project types with an emphasis on design, sustainability, and innovation.
